Brief Job Description
Overall management of commercial interior projects, from original client brief through design, estimating and presentation, to management of actual work and final account preparation.
Responsibilities
- Review customer requirements and submit quotations for work required
- Conduct site surveys
- Work on design and build tenders
- Coordinate design proposals
- Select relevant subcontractors and obtain quotations
- Confidently present proposals to clients
- Project manage work teams to ensure timely completion
- Finalising clients' accounts
- Work closely with both Directors and other staff within the company
Skills/Qualification/Knowledge
- Project management skills
- Selling skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with future and current clients
- Professional attitude
- Thorough working knowledge of the building process
- CSCS certification preferred
