Brief Job Description

Overall management of commercial interior projects, from original client brief through design, estimating and presentation, to management of actual work and final account preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer requirements and submit quotations for work required
  • Conduct site surveys
  • Work on design and build tenders
  • Coordinate design proposals
  • Select relevant subcontractors and obtain quotations
  • Confidently present proposals to clients
  • Project manage work teams to ensure timely completion
  • Finalising clients' accounts
  • Work closely with both Directors and other staff within the company

Skills/Qualification/Knowledge

  • Project management skills
  • Selling skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with future and current clients
  • Professional attitude
  • Thorough working knowledge of the building process
  • CSCS certification preferred
