Brief Job Description

Take original client brief through to design and use it to estimate the cost of commercial interior projects in conjunction with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and submit quotations for work required
• Work on design and build tender
• Conduct site surveys
• Select relevant subcontractors and obtain quotations
• Work closely with both Directors and other staff within the company

Skills/Qualification/Knowledge

• Professional attitude
• Thorough working knowledge of the building process
• CSCS certification preferred
